Our services methodology is founded in our formal educations in Management Information Sciences, Programming and Database development languages, Economic and Business Development, and Industry Marketing strengthened with our combined experience from our former careers in multinational engineering and oil, IT security and management software, government/education and small/medium businesses IT management and training. We have managed projects as large as plant migrations and multinational project quality management and logistics tracking to manufacturing and small and large office IT management. Our experience speaks for us.

Our methodology is to; first create a stable environment by applying our Data Protection and Recovery Methodology and create a Data Contingency Plan for the client; then focus on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the client's IT. Our Employees
Every employees is selected by the their appropriateness to their tasks. Their educations credentials are painstakingly qualified and verified to ensure that they represent the highest level of service to our clients. In addition, our training process is long and thorough, and tests the aspirants in many areas, including technical expertise, professionalism, problem solving abilities, and ability to communicate with clients. While most common IT management companies only require a High School education and a week of specialized technical training, we moderate our staffing growth to ensure that they meet our high standards.

Anthem has carefully selected Contractor Partners according to our high standards to back up our expertise and help when a problem requires specialized service.

Our contractors are held to the same standards as our employees. We expect our contractors to have appropriate and high level certification or education in their specialized field, a proven track record, and recommendations of their customers. Our project managers regularly monitor their work and interactions with our customers.

WHO WE WORK FOR
Anthem Technology provides services for companies that fit the profile of Our Beliefs, however they also fulfill our customer qualifications. Anthem Technology Services customers fit this profile:

- In the same business with the same management for a minimum of 5 years.
- Have good standing with our government and credit bureaus, with a good payment history.
- Are not a home-based business.
- Have a minimum of 5 Computer users.
- IT allocation is greater than 2% of operating budget .
- IT environment is post 98, NT. Must be LDAP, Active Directory or migrated to that status.
- Not looking for the lowest project cost bidder.
- Most of our new clients are from referrals.
